İpek Defense manages its entire production workflow in-house — from design and mold development to pressing and final assembly: Pressing: A main 2500-ton press line and 17 additional presses ranging from 400 to 1000 tons. Supports both thermoplastic and thermoset molding technologies. Autoclave Systems: Two large autoclaves operating up to 20 bar pressure, enabling the production of high-precision laminates. Mold & CNC Workshop: 5-axis CNC machining, EDM wire cutting, and advanced surface processing. Custom mold and prototype development for each product. Preforming & Laser Cutting: High-precision fabric cutting and layer orientation systems for optimized preform layouts.
Ballistic Plates (SAPI/ESAPI, Standalone & ICW): Platinum Series, developed using 6th-generation UHMW-PE and Boron Carbide, delivers NIJ Level IV / RF3 protection with multi-hit capability at only 1900 g. Vehicle Armor Panels: Custom-designed solutions for land vehicles using Silicon Carbide and Alumina-based ceramic kits.
Ballistic Helmets (ACH, MICH, PASGT): NIJ Level IIIA protection, compatible with NVG mounts and tactical side rails, available with BOA adjustment systems.
Tactical Textile Systems: Plate carriers, outer vest shells, MOLLE-compatible gear; large-scale production with CNC sewing and laser-cut systems.
